Doing the operation all Mts employees was using the right equipment and the right PP for each task good day overall job goddamn safe
Doing the operation a Mts employee was not using the chemical gloves when he was hooking up suction hose so let him know that he have to use the correct gloves when he’s hooking up hoses specially,because of chemical. He was fine with that with a decision he want to put the right gloves in the job. Got done , safe.
Observed EE cleaning crude oil around work area. He used a shovel to clean up spill around wellhead and gate valves where are connections are placed.
As I got spot on location and exit the cabin truck I make sure that I used three point contact and facing the truck at the same time

On this day with did three producer acid dumps and Juan Hernandez was training on the pump and he did all three with no problems and I also observe it Erik Abundis wearing all his appropriate PPE.
i’ll observe at Jose Abundis on his training day after the three wells, he did excellent on everything paperwork delegating people to do the job and at the end doing the paperwork billing. No issues
Rigging up to the production well I told my coworker not to forget to put the ground cable line before we start the job

while spotting back pump in congested location , we used 4 spotters one on every side due to wells, flowlines and other equipment on location

This was January 31 the last day of this month. We went driving to four hours all the way to Bridge Energy to do an Acid dump and come back safely and . Finished safely the first month.

We went to do a job today but last night rain so we not available to spot the equipment on location so Aera decided to cancel the job for a safety reason good call safety is number one
This was a producer dump on one of the island, and right after we was finishing pumping the acid the shackle came off from the high-pressure hose so we had to stop pumping put the shackle back on andfinished the job. With no more issues..
Driving on to location I scan location making sure that is clean, at the end of the job we make sure that we leave location the same way or better

On these day , we was working on warren WD5 and the temperature was above 100° and my transport driver was wearing a chemical suit on for a long time the pump was having problems leaking and then thewellhead was leaking so I had to send a transport driver with a chemical suit on to get plenty rest inside of his truck . And drink water. And my self
For next day job on the same lease. Dispatch told me to drop off my shower for tomorrow’s job that helps pull in the shower less hazardous

After I hooked up suction hose to pump transport, I opened hand flapper valve and felt it filling so I went and checked what fluid was open and it was the hcl/hf so I asked why it was open and hedidn't even realize he drove to field like that. So I told him we should tighten up hammer union and prime up down hole pumping ammonium chloride. He said no and proceeded priming up with acid afterhe primed it and sprayed acid around fittings on well head I had to pour bottled water before I winged up hammer union
While completing jsa and customers permit, EE Pulled in and spotted pump before I was able to sniff the well

When we were doing the three wells our pump started leaking so I told the pump operator to shut down and start pumping and let them know what was going on so Juan Alvarez talk to John and he had achange pump trucks and finish the wells
Rigging down,, the job went fine from the start to the end but after rig down and turn the well to the company operator. He was ready to open the flow line and I start smelling some H2S And we see thewater and acid start coming up from ground, so we call operator to come in and see it.

Spotting equipment. On this job it was a Lot of equipment around the wellhead like pipes vans half thanks and like six of those Baker thanks , in order for us to do the well we have to use two orthree hoses but then we found out that there was a vacuum truck that we had to move out of the way, so call some one to move it, so they did and was able to pump the job
Communication,, this was a Pigging job , But before we do the pig and they want us to pressure test a 50 footer 16 inches pipe so David he communicate with me the day before and that day of the job.
